The Club Automobile Martin

The french Club Automobile Martin exists since 1990 but recently profited from a strong adhesion since the disappearance of the manufacturer Martin Production. It gathers more than 200 members disseminated on the whole of the territory but with a strong proportion on the northern half:

The more represented model is Seven with 115 cars!

Modification of the statutes voted during Extraordinary General Assembly
Enghien-les-Bains, November 8-9, 1997.

The statutes required miminum a quarter of present or represented members, which was the case of this AG: we thus could deliberate with 2 votes.
A first for the election of the board of directors: Denis Turrou, Robert Bandet, Philippe Lavaud and Christian Boyer were taken back unanimously for 2 years.
And a second vote, with approval unanimously of several resolutions, among which:

1. Assembling contribution 98: 200F in 98, instead of 150F in 97.
   

2. Distinction of 5 members
   • Member of Honor: George Martin.
     
   • Founder members: Alain Gaffard, Jean-Louis Dartiailh, Philippe Lavaud, Philippe Sarrat.
     Thank you in George Martin (with the fact, who has his co-ordinates?) without which our cars and thus our Club would never have existed.
3. Modification of the name of the club "Club Automobile Martin " instead of "Automobile Club Martin"
   Why to have changed name? The term of Automobile-Club is reserved for the well-known clubs of assistance... what is not our case...

The Automobile Club Martin died! God bless the Club Automobile Martin!
