Recycled Polyester (rPET)
31 unserer Erwachsenen-Fleecejacken tragen die Zertifizierung Recycelter Polyesteri - der Außenstoff besteht ganz oder teilweise aus rPET-Fasern, die aus aufbereiteten PET-Flaschen und Kunststoff-Abfällen gewonnen werden. All about Fleece jackets for adults
Bei 170-220 g/m² (Microfleece) haben Sie einen sehr leichten Zwischen- oder Innen-Layer, der unter der Winterjacke oder Softshelli kaum aufträgt — ideal für Kurier, Trainer, Läufer und alle, die viel eigene Wärme erzeugen. Bei 280 g/m² (der Median unseres Sortiments mit 35 Modellen) liegt der Standard-Corporate-Fleece: solo tragbar zwischen +5 °C und +15 °C, als Innen-Layer das ganze Jahr über. Bei 300-320 g/m² haben Sie Heavy-Fleece für richtig kalte Tage oder als warme Solo-Jacke im Übergangs-Winter — unter einer zweiten Jacke wird es aber schnell voluminös. Faustregel: solo tragen = 280 g/m², Innen-Layer = 170-220 g/m², Wintertage draußen = 300-320 g/m².
Pilling nennt man die kleinen Knötcheni, die sich bei Fleecei nach mehreren Wäschen auf der Oberfläche bilden — dort wo Reibung entsteht (Achsel, Bund, Rückenpartie unter Rucksack). Ein Fleece ohne Anti-Pilling-Ausrüstungi sieht nach 20-30 Wäschen filzig und unansehnlich aus, gerade in dunklen Farben. Anti-Pilling bedeutet, dass die Fleece-Oberfläche nach dem Weben chemisch oder mechanisch behandelt wurde, sodass sich die Faserenden nicht mehr zu Knötchen verschlingen können — Marken wie Stedman, Daiber, James & Nicholson und Regatta Professional führen ihre Fleeces standardmäßig mit Anti-Pilling. Für Corporate-Teams ist das Pflicht, weil Sie nicht wollen, dass die einheitliche Firmenoptik nach einem Winter zu Ende ist.
Der entscheidende Unterschied liegt beim Windschutz. Fleecei ist ein reiner Wärme-Layer — die Faser speichert Luft und isoliert, hat aber keinerlei Windschutz oder Wasserabweisung. Wind bläst direkt durch, bei leichtem Regen zieht Feuchtigkeit ein. Fleece funktioniert deshalb entweder als Solo-Jacke in windstillen Umgebungen (Halle, Innenhof, geschützter Stadtraum) oder als wärmender Innen-Layer unter einer wind- und wasserabweisenden Schicht. Softshelli dagegen ist der Kompromiss aus Wärme und Windschutz — meist mit dünnem Innen-Fleece, aber wind- und wasserabweisender Außenlage. Wer nur einen Layer will für alle Wetter, nimmt Softshell. Wer flexibel mit mehreren Schichten arbeitet (Fleece drunter, Warnjacke oder Winterjacke drüber), ist mit Fleece besser aufgestellt.
Stickerei ist bei Fleecei der Standard und funktioniert hervorragend — der dicke, weiche Untergrund nimmt das Stickmotiv sauber auf, die Kontur bleibt klar, das Motiv wird durch den Flor leicht plastisch. Typische Position: linke Brust, 8-10 cm Breite, dazu optional Rückenstickerei oder Ärmelbeschriftung. Sublimationsdrucki ist auf Fleece möglich, weil der Grundstoff meist 100% Polyesteri ist (bei uns 121 Modelle) — die Farben sitzen dann direkt in der Faser und blättern nicht ab. Transferdrucki (Flexfoliei, Thermotransfer) ist ebenfalls machbar, wirkt auf dem flauschigen Untergrund aber etwas aufliegend und ist deshalb weniger elegant als Stickerei. Für Corporate-Teams empfehlen wir Stickerei — sie ist die hochwertigere Optik, die zur Materialanmutung des Fleeces passt.
Fleecei bei 30 °C im Feinwaschgang mit Flüssig-Waschmittel waschen, keinen Weichspüler verwenden — Weichspüler legt sich zwischen die Fasern, reduziert die Isolationsleistung und macht das Fleece nach wenigen Wäschen schlaff und stumpf. Ideal ist ein spezielles Funktionswaschmittel oder ein mildes Colorwaschmittel ohne optische Aufheller. Nicht in den Trockner geben, sondern liegend oder hängend an der Luft trocknen lassen — Trockner-Hitze zerstört die Faserstruktur, das Fleece pillt anschließend deutlich stärker. Nicht bügeln, nicht chemisch reinigen. Bei richtig gewaschenen Anti-Pilling-Fleeces (Stedman, JN, Daiber) sind 50 Wäschen problemlos, bei häufig getragenen Corporate-Modellen erreichen Sie damit zwei bis drei Winter.
Für Teambestellungen empfehlen wir Modelle, die sowohl als Herren- als auch als Damen-Cut parallel geführt werden — Daiber MB Serie, James & Nicholson Basic-Fleece und Regatta Professional Micro-Fleecei decken den gemischten Team-Bedarf ab, mit XS bis 5XL fürs Ganze Team. Für die Veredelung ist Stickerei der klare Standard, typisch Brust links mit 8-10 cm Breite oder Rücken mit dem Firmenlogo. Gedeckte Farben (Schwarz, Anthrazit, Marine, Bordeaux, ggf. Firmenfarbe) altern langsam und wirken auch nach zwei Jahren einheitlich — Trend-Farben veralten schneller als das Fleecei selbst.
