Interlock Milano double knit
Also known as: Milano double knit, Double-face interlock
Fine, double-face knit built on an interlock base with an integrated Milano tuck row — dimensionally stable and opaque on both sides.
Description
Interlock Milano double knit combines the interlock base structure (two rib-rib needle rows interlocked) with an additional Milano tuck row that firmly bonds the two faces. The result is a fine, smooth double knit that looks identical on both sides, barely curls at the edges and is significantly more opaque than classic single jersey.
Typical yarns are mercerised cotton, wool, wool/PES blends or viscose/elastane. Weight is 200-320 g/m², the look is refined and smooth — ideal for corporate-wear dresses, trousers, blazers, medical tunics and polo shirts where dimensional stability and a groomed appearance are required.
