Dri-FIT (Nike)

Nike's proprietary polyester microfibre technology that moves sweat from the skin to the fabric surface.
Description
Dri-FIT is a brand technology by Nike, not a distinct fibre but a combination of polyester microfibre knits and specific yarn finishes. Fibres are built so that water vapour and liquid sweat travel outward by capillary action (wicking) and evaporate faster.
Tiers: Standard Dri-FIT (base layers, T-shirts), Dri-FIT ADV (zonal ventilation and ergonomic panels for elite sport), Dri-FIT UV (integrated UPF). Usually 100 % polyester or polyester/elastane blends, increasingly with recycled content (Dri-FIT ADV uses > 75 % recycled PET). Wash-durable because there is no coating – wicking comes from fibre shape and knit structure.
