Iron-on interior label without any stitching – ideal for seamless baselayers and sport shirts.
Description
The transfer label is a printed polymer film (polyurethane, TPU) applied to the fabric interior using a heat press (150–170 °C, 3–5 bar, 8–12 s). It fully replaces stitched interior labels, enabling seamless, scratch-free garments – key for baselayers, compression shirts, yoga tops and cycling jerseys.
Advantage: zero bulk, no needle holes, free colour and shape design. Downside: at very high wash temperatures and chlorine, the film can eventually delaminate. Sample products at Clubmartin: seamless merino longsleeve, compression cycling jersey, yoga bra. Standard label size 40 × 60 mm, layer thickness 60–120 µm.
