Description
Belcoro is a trade name of the Belgian brand B&C Collection for ring-spun, combed cotton yarns. Characteristics are particularly low linting, a smooth surface and a soft hand. Belcoro yarns are used mainly in B&C basic shirts, polo shirts and sweatshirts and are advertised as a feature.
The smooth, even structure makes the fabrics especially suited to digital printing, transfer printing and screen printing because motifs come out sharp. Pilling tendency is also reduced. The name is protected and used only by B&C and a few licensed makers.
