Free shipping from € 100 net within Germany
DHL standard shipping within Germany is automatically set to € 0.00 in the cart once the threshold is reached. Express shipments and international shipping are always subject to a fee, also above this threshold.
Our shipping partners
We ship with established parcel carriers, with DHL Paket as our main partner. For pallet shipments and project quantities we use dedicated forwarders (Dachser, DPD Business Parcel bulky). All prices net, plus statutory VAT.
From order to delivery
Three clear steps with full tracking. Orders received on business days by 12:00 are usually processed the same day (Express by 14:00). For finishing orders (print/embroidery), the processing time depends on the technique – typically 3–10 business days after artwork approval.
Order received
You receive an order confirmation by email. For finishing orders, we send a proof for approval first.
Dispatched
Shipping confirmation with tracking number by email. Carrier picks up the parcel. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier (Sect. 447 BGB).
Delivered
DHL, DPD or GLS delivers Mon–Fri, at your delivery address or receiving dock. Please check the shipment on receipt and report any transport damage immediately (Sect. 377 HGB).
Delivery date agreements: Fixed delivery windows or on-time delivery for events/openings can be agreed contractually. Contact us at vertrieb@clubmartin.de before ordering.
Delivery countries & costs
All prices are net (excl. statutory VAT). Free-shipping threshold applies exclusively to DHL standard shipping within Germany. Prices for zones are individually calculated in the cart based on parcel weight and destination.

Legal information & responsibility
Transfer of risk (Sect. 447 BGB)
For deliveries to business customers (Sect. 14 BGB), the risk of accidental loss or damage during transport passes to you as soon as the goods are handed over to the shipping carrier (dispatch purchase, Sect. 447 BGB). Transport damage claims are to be pursued directly with the shipping carrier – we support you with all necessary documentation.
Abweichende Vereinbarung möglich: By individual contractual agreement (e.g. under framework contracts) we can – upon prior written agreement – assume the transport risk (Incoterm DAP or DDP). Please contact vertrieb@clubmartin.de.
Duty to inspect (Sect. 377 HGB)
As a merchant, please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt (Sect. 377 HGB). Report visible defects and transport damage within 3 business days, hidden defects immediately upon discovery. If the notification is missed, the goods are deemed approved.
Partial deliveries
Partial deliveries are permitted unless expressly excluded. For orders combining stock and finishing items, we ship in parts by default – without additional shipping fees. Each partial shipment is invoiced separately, unless a joint final invoice has been agreed.
Preferred delivery date & window
Fixed delivery dates and delivery windows can be agreed contractually – particularly relevant for openings, trade fairs, teamwear events. For parcel shipments, the tracking system offers preferred-day and preferred-time delivery via DHL – freight shipments are always pre-notified by telephone.
Freight forwarding for large orders
From 3 cartons or 70 kg total weight we automatically check a freight-forwarding option (Dachser, DPD Business Parcel bulky):
- Tail-lift – add-on option for locations without a loading ramp.
- Time-window delivery – preferred window, carrier calls ahead.
- Notification & two-person handling – on request for heavy or bulky goods.
- Direct fixed-date deliveries – individual quote for events, openings, trade fairs.

Shipping to Switzerland & customs
Switzerland is a non-EU third country. For B2B customers we offer two Incoterm variants to fit your import processes.
DAP / DDU (standard) vs. DDP (customs prepaid)
- DAP / DDU (default): Your Swiss branch or your Swiss customs agent handles the import and pays import VAT, any duties (industrial products duty-free since 01.01.2024) and processing fees. Suitable for customers with their own Swiss import setup or an active EORI/CH-VAT number.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We take care of the entire customs clearance and pay import VAT and processing fees. Total costs are shown transparently in the offer. Recommended from a goods value of € 500 or for regular Swiss deliveries.
- Documents: Every Swiss shipment is accompanied by a commercial invoice with our EORI/DE-VAT number and tariff numbers, plus CN23 export declaration. Preference proof (EUR.1) upon request.
- Small-value threshold CH: No import VAT is levied on amounts below CHF 5 tax value (i.e. goods value approx. < CHF 62 at 8.1 % VAT rate). For B2B orders this is virtually always exceeded – therefore always factor in import VAT and processing fees.
Returns from Switzerland: Always declare as "Return of goods – no commercial value" with our EORI and the original invoice number so we can process the shipment as re-import goods and avoid double import VAT.
EU intra-community delivery (reverse charge)
For deliveries to business customers in other EU member states with a valid VAT-ID we issue tax-free intra-community invoices (reverse charge, Sect. 6a UStG). Please provide a currently valid VAT-ID during registration – it is checked against the EU VIES database. Without a VAT-ID we invoice with German VAT.
Packaging & sustainability
Resource-friendly shipping is part of our process. Our packaging is recyclable and LUCID-registered under the German Packaging Act (VerpackG) – important documentation for your own environmental reporting and CSR statements.

Almost all shipments use only paper cushioning and wrapping paper – no additional plastic.
Carton reuse
Where possible we reuse second-hand cartons. Contributes to Scope-3 reduction for our commercial customers.
Right-sized cartons
Smallest possible packaging to minimise transport volume and air-freight cost.
LUCID-registered
All packaging materials placed on the market by us are registered in the LUCID Packaging Register (Sect. 9 VerpackG). Certificate available on request for your compliance documentation.
